Business Development Executive – Semi-Government Bank Location: Dongargarh / Raipur Main Branch Job Type: Full-Time | Branch + Field Sales Industry: Banking / Insurance / Financial Services Job Role: Handle walk-in customers at the bank branch. Promote and explain health insurance products. Generate new business through field visits and local outreach. Follow up with leads and customers and support deal closures. Achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain strong customer relationships. Note: This is a Branch + Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones. Requirements Graduate / 3-Year Diploma / B.Voc Passing Year: 2021–2025 Age: 18–27 years Freshers can apply. Good communication skills in English and local languages. Comfortable with Branch + Field Sales and regular travel. Comfortable working in day shifts as per bank holidays. Not Eligible: LLB / CA / Doctors / B.Ed / Integrated Courses Candidates with active PF accounts Apprentices with active contracts Candidates outside the eligible passing-year range Benefits a In-Hand Salary: ₹13,500/month Incentives: Over and above salary Allowances: As per business requirements Career Growth: Performance-based opportunities
